Kane International Corp is a family company that started business in 1970 as a promoter of products from New Zealand into the US Market. In 1982 we began importing East Asian hardwood products such as plywood, lumber, entry doors, and moldings into the Hawaiian market. During the 80’s and 90’s we added nails, fasteners, vinyl fencing, and railings to our product lines. Over the years our focus has moved away from hardwoods to safety, abatement, and remediation supplies and recycled plastic lumber, and recycled plastic outdoor furniture.
Kane celebrates its 50th Year of Service to the 50th State in 2020. Founded by World War II Air Captain Alex W. Kane of New Zealand, and his wife Bobbie Kane, it is a quality and innovative building materials distributor to all the Hawaiian Islands. John Kane, President, and associate Patrick Egge are well known in Hawaii’s construction world and have set a standard of dependability and excellence. As diligent suppliers, we get to know our customers’ businesses in order to keep essential supplies on hand for everyday use by the abatement and remediation industries.
